• Accurate passenger and travel information must be provided at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure a reservation.
• Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, additional stops, tolls, parking fees, or other services requested after confirmation.
• All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.
• Refund eligibility may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the booking.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Chauffeur Services

• Chauffeurs will operate vehicles in accordance with New Zealand road laws and safety regulations.
• Passengers must follow reasonable instructions provided by the chauffeur.
• Any behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, or illegal may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Queenstown Luxury Chauffeurs reserves the right to substitute vehicles with a similar or higher-class vehicle when necessary.

6. Vehicle Rental Services

• Renters must hold a valid driver’s licence and meet any age requirements specified at the time of booking.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, traffic violations, or damages incurred during the rental period.
• Smoking, illegal activities, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Waiting Time

• Complimentary waiting time may be provided for certain bookings.
• Additional waiting time beyond the included allowance may incur extra charges.
• Flight delays will be monitored when flight details are provided for airport transfers.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
• Wear seatbelts at all times as required by law.
• Avoid causing damage to vehicles.
• Refrain from carrying prohibited or illegal items.
• Ensure children comply with applicable safety and restraint requirements.

Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from passenger actions may be charged to the booking holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and punctual services, Queenstown Luxury Chauffeurs shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Traffic conditions
• Road closures
• Severe weather
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Public emergencies

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service where permitted by law.
